We understand there are a lot of t-shirts to choose from in our catalog. How do you know you’re picking the right shirt for your custom order? Well, we have you covered! Each page in our catalog has our favorite items on the first page. The first 48 custom t-shirts on each page are our top selling, and highest reviewed shirts. T-Shirts vary a good bit. Things to look for when deciding on a custom t-shirt are the weight of the shirt and the blend of the material. Standard classic fit t-shirts usually are weighted in the 6.1oz to 5.0oz range. Their blend will be 100% cotton or a 50/50 cotton poly make up. Recently, lightweight custom t-shirts have become popular. Their weights usually range from 3.5oz to 4.5oz. These t-shirts can be 100% ringspun cotton or a variety of blends. Triblend t-shirts. for example, are made up of cotton, polyester and rayon. These custom t-shirts are incredibly soft and are not as prone to shrinking as other lightwight t-shirts.
The first question you should ask yourself is “which type of shirt do I want? A lightweight slimmer fit t-shirt or the classic heavier more universal fitted t-shirt”? Knowing the difference between custom shirts will make the process faster and your more likely to end up with that perfect custom t-shirt order.

Getting started is easy. We have three options to submit a custom t-shirt quote. First, you can choose t-shirts from our catalog and submit a quote for pricing. Second, create a custom t-shirt in the designer and we’ll respond with pricing. Third, click “quick quote” and we’ll respond with pricing.

T-Shirts range in price depending on the quantity and number of colors printed. The minimum order for custom shirts is 24 pieces and we have price breaks at 48, 72, 144, 300 etc. The more custom t-shirts you order the cheaper they become!

Yes, all day long! We’ve been creating custom designs for well over 15 years. Our artists will bring your custom t-shirt ideas to life. We have several artists with their own unique styles, that allows us to pair you with the best fit.

We are are a high volume facility, but we’ll do orders as few as 24 pieces. However, bumping your order up to 48 pieces will save you a few dollars per shirt.

We have a showroom with over 300 blank custom t-shirts to choose from. Feel free to stop in during our business hours to check them out. Or, we can make arrangements to ship a blank out to you!
